What is the estimated number of trips I should budget for?

For experiments, we estimate 5 trips (3 internal project meetings and 2 official reviews) 
For Cloud Providers, additionally there may be another 1-2 focussed technical meetings for 6-7 total (4-5 internal project meetings and 2 official reviews)

Provisional schedule would be as follows: 
  • September 2012: participation at project plenary / inclusion of new partners into the project. 
  • January 2013: Period 2 review (through November 2012 – and so covering initial 3 months start-up of activities of experiments and cloud provider.
  • Spring 2013: technical meeting / project plenary
  • September/ October 2013: participation at project plenary
  • Final review: January 2014 (travel expenses can be charged to the project)
Additional technical meetings with Cloud Provider participation as scheduled as needed for project progress
